At Hansel from Basel, we want you to love your whimsical legwear and accessories, so we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original condition with all tags attached; for hygiene reasons, socks and hosiery must be unopened and unworn.

• 2.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and receive a prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items—reusing our original mailer if possible—affix the return label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, minus a small restocking fee.
